I cannot go into this store nor can I go online without making a purchase. This is one of the only stores that actually fits me properly. In store the help you recieve is incredible. Very attentive and can help you out if you either ask or they usually approach you first.....let them help you. Online, if you have any issues their customer service line is quick and easy and can track down what you want and see if they can find your size. This company goes out of their way to accommodate you. Armani , Armani exchange are the only two other stores I have found that provide exceptional customer service. I shop a lot! I do tend to enjoy online a little more as they don't always have my size in or haven't gotten the article of clothing I have come in for. Plus guess.ca also shows you marciano items as well. My last order that had to be placed online they only had one left in my size and it was in Montreal. Plus their points card is amazing.....free, no gimmicks and as you spend more you end up with faster and free shipping and you receive more money back for every 200 points. Their shoes are built to last, as are their purses and really all their clothes, just read the labels. I usually do everything on a gentle cycle and hang sry to keep everything looking fresh!
