(March 1, 2018, 4:04 am)I have never had such better customer service in my life. i’ve been to other metal smiths and i would highly recommend coming here. I wanted to get a ring for my boyfriend and the lady that i dealt with was so helpful, extremely nice, and i felt comfortable trusting her with helping me because of the amount of knowledge she had. Im sorry this guy had a bad experience but i’m not sure what he means by “big lady” i’ve passed by this kiosk a few times while shopping and never seen a “big lady” maybe he meant to write it about another location since i’ve had nothing but a good experience here!! Would highly recommend trusting them in the future.
