New York Fries - Limeridge Mall

I decided I should update my review. Keeping it at 5 stars... I have never had a bad experience with this NYF.. Staff is incredibly accommodating and very friendly. Poutines are ALWAYS on point, I always go for the pork which is always fresh. Whenever I'm there the manager is always happy and joking with other staff members. It honestly looks like a good place to work with a manager like that... She always makes my day brighter!

A lovely lady named Karen served me and was so nice! She went above and beyond...I was having such a horrible day, she could see it on my face, she told me to keep my chin up and that we all have bad days but we have to keep moving forward and remember that things do get better! Not only did she take my order, she also made my day better by giving me advice. Her advice and smile warmed my heart. People like that are rare in the food industry. They always seem so down or rude. She is truly a great asset to the New york fries company!! I will be going there again and asking for her every time. Thank you Karen!!
