Pearle Vision

I purchased a couple of prescription eyeglasses from this location & the service I received was good overall. They had a decent sale at the time which helped in costs. Overall, I found their selection, pricing & value to be slightly better than their neighbours (LensCrafters) around the corner. The only downside was just waiting the few days to receive the glasses but that's common at most places.

I was looking for a new pair of glasses and came by this store. Staff are super nice I received my glasses quickly despite the holiday season. Highly recommended!

Update - Thank you Pearle Vision for getting this situation fixed. I do appreciate your help with this. I understand mistakes do happen and it all comes down to how things are handled. Tonight was truly excellent customer service. Thank you

Not impressed with service over the years. This year is the worst. I thought I'd save time by picking out my frames before my eye exam. I had them set aside and had them priced out. My exam was 2 days later. Went to drop off my prescription and was told they misplaced my frames. So wasted another 30 minutes looking for new frames. A week later it was ready. Went tonight to pick up to find out that they made 2 of the same sunglasses. I had ordered sunglasses and regular. So now I just picked out my 3rd pair. Talk about a waste of time.
