I just want to wireless wave today and it was a great experience they helped me out a lot I went to get a upgrade for my phone and not only that did I get an upgrade I got a lot more stuff under coverage and under promotions great store I will definitely recommend five stars and if anybody's having any problems with their phone or anything to do with their plans this is the place to go

Great service we got a great deal for starting up, BUT be careful! Make sure you call in after you get a 'deal' with them because the amount they told me in would be credited was not the correct amount on my account when I called in to confirmed with Rogers.

I dropped in today to buy a SIM card and found out my phone was locked. These guys not only gave me amazing customer service but they went above and beyond what a regular wireless provider would do for their customer. They could have sent me away saying this isn’t our issue and you have to call your provider but they didn’t. I am very appreciatively the amazing service I received today and I would recommend this place to anyone with an issue or looking to buy a new product. Thank you team!
