Edward helped us get better deals for plans with the phones we wanted. He was very friendly and helpful. We were there two hours so that was a drawback because we had our one-year-old with us and he wasn’t happy about being there that long. When the Bring-it-Back program was explained to us vs paying $150 upfront it wasn’t explained to us that if we chose to pay the $150 upfront we would also pay $150 in taxes so I paid double what I was told. By that point I’d been there two hours, my husband needed to get home to sleep for night shift, my baby was angry and I was just done so I paid it. Maybe Edward and the other man who helped explain didn’t understand or maybe I misunderstood but I wish it had been clearer because I wouldn’t have chosen this phone had I known it would cost $300 upfront. Edward did okay putting our screen protectors on, some bubbles for both of us and a few bits of dust under mine in a few areas. Overall I’m happy with the quality of the service for the most part but wish things could’ve been explained more clearly and could’ve been done a bit quicker.
