Had this butcher cut up our pig did an amazing job. Now were getting a hind quarter of beef. Prices are very fair and staff is amazing. Will recommend this business as long as their doors are open.

Absolutely delightful to deal with, in particular for relative noobs. We bought half a pig from a local farmer, which was butchered at Willie's. The staff were all very friendly, patient, and provided excellent recommendations.
