(April 8, 2018, 7:02 pm)We spent about an hour here on a quiet and chilly Sunday. Ed was very kind and happy to show us around the shack, explaining the process in great detail! It is nice to see someone so passionate about what they do. Oh, and the maple syrup is also pretty sweet ;D
