Empire Renos

Fil responded promptly and on time to provide the estimate for our wooden privacy fence. At that time he clearly explained the building process and warned us that there may be an increase in the price of materials due to covid. He provided me with ample advanced notice when construction would begin, notifying me again just before the actual start date. AS PROMISED Fil, Dave and their crew arrived and set to work. I have previously watched, and been part of, a number of construction crews and was immediately impressed with the organization, proficiency and speed that ALL of the crew members demonstrated. Each and every one of the crew were friendly, polite and always approachable to answer a question. They even dealt with the owners of the adjoining property - who were very "unimpressed" with the erection of our PRIVACY fence - in a professional, diplomatic and polite manner. I am completely satisfied with the manner in which the fence was constructed and its appearance. In fact I have received a number of compliments from friends and family members regarding how "good" the fence looks. Also, the fence was constructed in such a manner that if I ever have to repair, or replace, part(s) of the fence I can do so entirely from my side of the fence. There is no doubt that if I ever have any additional construction projects that I need to be completed and that project is in Empire Renos repertoire, I shall be hiring them!

If we could give Fil and Dave a 10 star we would! They replaced an 85 foot fence including two gates for us last week. They were able to get the job done as promised within two days and cleaned up the job site after they finished. We have had many complements from neighbours walking by. We can't thank them enough and look forward working with Empire Renos again in the future. Highly recommended!
