This equipment is amazing, the chair is a life saver during the day. Steve is so caring and wonderful to deal with and the amount of information that he provides was so helpful.

Steve, Tracy and team were very helpful and efficient in providing a painless way to arrange the equipment I needed to aid in the first 10 days of recovery following my eye surgery. They also provided very useful tips to help me in the recovery process!

I needed a chair immediately and they replied and I managed to meet up to get it the same day. So helpful!
The mirror is good stuff and helped, but I mostly watched stuff on my tablet, which fit nicely on the arm rest and I worked on a puzzle.
It took a bit to adjust it how I wanted it, but once it was good, it was so comfortable that I fell asleep in it a few times and I was missing it the day after I returned it - it's really comfortable!
I did an entire week recovering face down before this chair. My neck and chin and jaw was killing me. This chair saved me!

Superlative and Caring Service! Their equipment was good quality, their owner, Steve, is so passionate about clients having the best service, their website was chock full of helpful videos and tips. Their prices were reasonable. They communicated well about delivery and pick-up details. I had both the chair and the table for 10 days and would never scrimp and just get one - the 2 worked well together to give comfort, variety and sanity from stiffness and in a tough face-down situation. Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, sharing many tips about the recovery process. As it turned out, my husband’s eye healed enough on its own that the surgery was cancelled. When I called Steve to tell him we no longer required his services he was so happy for us and we had a great conversation about healthy eyes and diet. I would highly recommend him.
