Scooters Direct

I loved the scooter. It was a blast to use and made things so much easier over the Fri the 13th weekend.....thanks for everything. You guys rock!!

My scooter was delivered promptly as Scooter Direct had it (amongst many other models) in stock. Big advantage when you can not only "kick the tires" but test drive to make an intelligent choice from the selection. The technician adjusted the scooter to suit my needs and made sure everything ok before leaving. Customer service was prompt, informative and made dealing with Scooter Direct a pleasure.

Took my mother shopping to look at mobility scooters - our first stop was the Scooters Direct showroom within the Pharmasave store in Waterdown. The scooter rep was not there but the attendant at the store contacted them and we received a call within 5 minutes. All of our questions were answered. A follow up call from them the next day followed by a home visit to try out two scooters the next day. So impressed with their customer service, friendliness and knowledge of the product that my mother purchased the unit that day. Highly recommend this company!

It's great that we were able to actually test drive a scooter which most places dont allow. My parents are happy with the scooter they chose.
