Little concerned. Westcliffe Home Hardware initially gave my mother a hard time. They advertised CURBSIDE pick up. The lady on the phone said you have to come into the mall and line up, which is not curbside. I won't get into the conversations that happened, but will mention that after a few emails and two phone calls they agreed to deliver the product.

I give it a 3 star because they did correct the problem, however it could have been handled much more effectively.
