The admin team were very nice. However we were there for 3 hours and late picking our son up at school because we had no idea it would be so long.
I saw 2 separate med staff for less than 5 minutes each for basic stuff they did at the hospital 3 days ago. So, be prepared for a long wait! It would have been nice to be warned it could take that long.
