I am absolutely thrilled to have found W Pilates and Karina in Hamilton. I have done pilates for 15 years mainly in Toronto and am a certified Stott Pilates instructor myself, so I am very confident to say that Karina is the best there is. She is an expert in her field and in understanding the body and it's mechanics and how to create a customized program for her clients. Please know that one program does not fit all. I have many physical issues or limitations and Karina will not only work with those issues but work to improve them safely. She cares about her client's needs which is so evident in how she treats me. Her cues are spot on and her naturally kind, considerate and knowledgeable demeanour contributes to her success. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to W Pilates. You will be taken care of, challenged, and you will see great results and have a great time too.
Loved the class!! It's a small size class and the instructor makes sure everyone has got things right. There's even accomodation for pregnancy, I was impressed by that. Will keep going for sure! So happy to have found this class so close by.
Love this studio! Karina is amazing, as are all the other instructors. She really takes the time to make sure you are in the right alignment to get the most of each movement. Highly recommend
Karina is an amazing instructor! Her knowledge of Pilates and the human body compliment each other very well in order to help you get stronger. She is quick to modify exercises in the case of pain and gives options for harder and easier variations. 100% would recommend her and her classes for anyone of all ages and abilities.
I love W Pilates classes! Karina is an excellent instructor who is extremely knowledgeable and is able to modify exercises to all skill levels. She is enthusiastic and motivating and always keeps things interesting by including new exercises in each class. I have been taking classes with her for over 5 years (including pre and post natal) and continue to find them very challenging and fun! She pushes you to do your best and achieve your goals resulting in classes that improve your physical and mental well being. I would recommend her classes to anyone!
