(December 29, 2019, 2:10 am)I always go to this place for car wash, faced a small issue with credit card payment for the wash. Though i followed the process as mentioned step by step but i was charged $10 incorrectly for which i raised the issue and mentioned in my review whole of my experience and management responded immediately and resolved the issue which shows management cares for the customers and value each one of them.
I was not sure whether someone will really care for a single problem a customer faced in their car wash station some day, but wow, they were very active and resolved the issue immediately.
I have to give 5 star because the way, management cared and addressed my problem, is worth to be appreciated. -
