The service was impeccable. The owner was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been going to this store (James street north) for over 30 years. I have had rings made for me that I designed. I have sold a lot of jewelry I don’t use anymore to them. The service is always professional. I would highly recommend H. Williams to anyone buying, selling or having jewelry commissioned to be made.

They did not buy my rings at any value at this location

However the staff member I dealt with was very professional and had an appreciation of the esthetics and design of the rings and was apologetic that he would be unable to purchase them from me

Overall I would suggest making H. Williams jewellery as your first stop when selling jewelry due to their professional staff

Just returned home from the Upper James locations where I met and employee named Natalie. With my Anniversary coming up, she was extremely helpful in customizing a diamond eternity band for my wife. Hands down best service we’ve received. Thank you thabk you!!!

I can't describe how nice everybody was. I went in and i was looked after immediately. Zac was extremely polite and approachable. The two sales ladies who were really nice to me and my kids, I really appreciate your kindness. Thank you. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my visit. :)
