“I like this store. I get paint here and they give me a 25% discount if I am a CAA member. Staff are helpful and informative. I think they could have used a second person working though. The store is small and easy to navigate and had great prices. I feel that paint is pretty expensive as a general rule. About 80 bucks a can for the good stuff. Parking is up front and easily accessible. Staff helped me carry my purchase to the car. Sweet.”

“We were interested in a sauna and contacted Stefan at The Sauna Shop in Hamilton to make some inquiries. The shop was closed due to COVID-19 (the early stage of the outbreak), but Stefan invited us to his residence where he had a display model on a trailer. We arrived, and found that Stefan had even lit a small fire in the stove to show how well the sauna heat up. He was able to answer all our questions and provide further insight into purchasing and owning a sauna. When I later inquired about an outdoor shower, Stefan advised that he had one set up in his back yard. He then proceeded to go out in the pouring rain and send me a video of the shower just so I could see exactly what it looked like and how it worked. We ended up purchasing a 13’ barrel sauna designed exactly how we wanted it. Stefan’s high level of customer service and knowledge of the products made the process seamless. The sauna was delivered to our house and installed in a day. We have had it for a week now and have used it almost every day. The barrel design is incredibly efficient. It takes less than 30 minutes to heat up and we sauna for a total of approximately 45 minutes without having to add more wood. If you’re interested in a sauna for you yard, I highly recommend The Sauna Shop in Hamilton ON. Stefan is very friendly, knowledgeable and will go that extra mile for his customers. I value customer service almost as much as the product itself and was very impressed with Stefan, The Sauna Shop and Dundalk Leisure Craft (the sauna manufacturer) in both aspects.”
