(April 28, 2023, 7:07 pm)Customer service is great but they need to keep better records of where their drivers are dropping off clients as I was told that it’d be a maximum 20 minute wait just to call them close to 40 mins wondering what the hell happened and all of their drivers were out of town and I’m still waiting close to an hour later!
