The staff at Canada post in Bancroft are amazing.

I recently moved back to Bancroft from living in Toronto for 20 years, Canada post missed delivery at my residential address and when i phoned (which I assumed would be in vein) to request a pickup from the outlet or local retail center, not only did the staff take the time to locate my item they even offered to accommodate me at the back door if I couldn’t make it before they officially closed, absolutely unheard of in the city, great service guys, very impressed and pleased with everyone involved.
The most efficient, accomodating and friendly Canada Post staff I have ever met.
I went in a couple times because my mailbox got token out an they were really nice to me and my parents they made sure that we got what we had to an they are always in a good mood
