(July 9, 2021, 5:52 pm)I was on a multi-day bike trip and badly broke my rear derailleur somewhere outside of bancroft. Called trips and trails before they opened and Clive answered to say bring it in. Not only did he help get my bike out of the cab and into his shop, he fixed it on the spot and sent me back on my trip. Great experience.

and Clive Emery were fantastic with their repairs. Very reasonable and lots of
useful information at no cost. I highly recommend them for anything related to bikes and
