4 Applewood, 414 Dundas

I have lived in the Dundas Street apartments for the last fourteen years and on a whole I would have to say I am quite satisfied with the present owners of the buildings. Having lived through the previous owners of the apartments that CLV Group take an active interest in the property and are constantly striving to improve the experience of living here. They are also pet friendly which to me is a huge plus. I don't foresee myself moving anytime soon.

I have had a great experience with staff here at 414 Dundas. When I first moved in I was completely delighted and surprised....It was CLEAN!!! I have been here for a few years and any maintenance issues I've had were dealt with in a professional, prompt and helpful manner. It's comforting to know that when I come home, I am always greeted by staff with a warm smile and friendly conversation.

I looked at many other apartments in this area, this was clearly the best choice, and I am happy to call it home.

Been here at the Hamilton Apartments for 3 years now and what they describe they do deliver. I had a few issue (my own) and they were able to work around to make it better. A+ service, the renovations are great and units look amazing. And could not have gotten a more reliable property manager Michelle Myra. She looked after all the details and made it so easy to move in.

Great experience of living at Dundas Apartments. The transition of moving into the Dundas building was handled very professional. Apartment was clean and maintenance free on the day we moved in, thanks to Amy and Dwayne. These two work very hard Keeping the building a better place to live. Any problems in the building is handled immediately. Building and yard is kept very clean. Teri in the office is always available to listen to any problems there may be and works with you to fix any issues. We have found the CLV Group to be very friendly people. Easy access to shopping, bus routes, 401, and hospital. Dundas Apartments has a beautiful view of the Bay and a great place for people who like to walk.

These Apartments are great I live in the Applewood Apartment and our two years living here have been great. The staff is wonderful to deal with either to have a friendly conversation or to talk about concerns. They are always very prompt when dealing with Non emergencies (never had an emergency with my apartment) most of the time same business day. Terri is great to deal with she made sure that we were able to move to another apartment within our building to accommodate our sons medical needs for more space. The building is kept very clean and tidy as well as all of the staff is very friendly and easy to get along with.
