Bay Terrace II Apartments

I can't say enough good things about Bay Terrace 2. Lori and Brian and the management team are so professional and friendly and keep the building and the grounds immaculate with lovely gardens and spotless common areas. They always have a smile and a wave when I pass their office and any time I have presented something that needs attention, they have been quick to respond and take care of it.

Meeting them when we first applied to live here, just over a year ago, was a big part of our decision to sign a lease...we knew we would be treated like good neighbours and would be happy living here. We are. Thank you Lori, Brian and Realstar for making our place a home we feel safe and happy to live in.

I spent the whole 2018 here. One of the best rental apartment in Ontario!
very clean and quite. The managements were highly responsible and if there was something wrong in the unit or with the apartment They fixed it quickly.

Electric awesome to heat 26 dollars to heat for a month the delivery and taxes is what put the price up has nothing to do with building ..
