I was in your store earlier today. I was looking for some bolts for a TV stand. Sheldon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Thank you Sheldon for all your help.

Always an awesome experience. It was great before and they have really kept things going during and after recent renovations If they don't have it, they'll order it great people, great service. Can't say enough about how much I appreciate this store.

The store has expanded since I was last there, and it's got so much more to offer now. It's nice to visit a local hardware store with 'neighbourly' staff offering sincere smiles and exceptional service! The big box stores can't even compare...

The store has recently been renovated and looks great! Everything is extremely well merchandised and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is easy to navigate and doesn't feel crowded despite the fact that it is relatively small.

New site is very nice. Staff is friendly as always. Only issue was the difficulty 2 staff had trying to process a gift card.
Was at the checkout over 10 minutes and ended up getting a hand written receipt ! Perhaps staff training on the til is required ?
