FINDING PARKING HERE SUCKS! If you have an appointment at 10 am show up about 9 am. You will drive around parking lot until someone leaves. The machine doesn't count how many spots are taken so it just keeps giving out tickets for spots.

Very kind and attentive staff. Constantly going out of the way to make life better for the patients and the families. Frontline work is unbelievably difficult but everyone here makes it look easy. Thank you so much for all you do!!

Organization of reception in the imaging department needs work.
I was scolded by staff for not being there 45 minutes before my appointment ..
I said I was 50 minutes early, but you weren't here, so how would you know.
The actual imaging technicians were awesome , professional and very pleasant...

Belleville Hospital has been my most pleasant experience due to shorter wait times compared to other local hospitals. The doctors were both polite and efficient, although the nurses lacked communication skills. Despite its constant busyness, the service was prompt.
