Every business has an amazing staff member that makes a real difference in a clients experience, Torrey at CARSTAR is definitely one of those amazing people! CARSTAR is very lucky to have him represent the company!
I have never had an insurance claim (and never want to deal with them again) and found the experience to be terrible, terrifying, and alone...Torrey definitely made me feel that things were going to be okay. He took the time to answer my calls, explained things, offered help and direction with some issues I was having...truly above and beyond!
Torrey's knowledge of this process and care for his clients made a real difference for me!

These guys have been great to deal with. When they made a mistake they took responsibility and corrected it. That shows integrity.
