I dreaded buying a badly needed new laptop and getting it set up including transferring files, downloading software etc. Shawn made me feel at ease, he was very knowledgeable and just made the whole process so easy. He explained what he would do and he delivered on that. He also went the extra mile in sorting out the Securuty software transfer for me. He did it all! A no stress process. I highly recommend.
