I have worked for Concentrix Belleville for a little over 4 years now. It has been a great experience, I have met a lot of great people and management is great. This is definitely a company where if you work hard, do well and show up to work, you will be rewarded. This can come in the form of a higher level position, or other tasks where you can support other team mates such as roaming for new hire classes. There is no question I would recommend this job to others. If you are looking for a full time job and are dedicated and can come to work, and you want to excel, come join and you will not be disappointed.

I have worked here for 10+ years and I LOVE my job! I get to work with fantastic people! The management and support staff are always super helpful. I have been given many opportunities to advance in my career and i am very thankful for that. My husband works here too, as did my in laws until retirement. It's a family thing 😃

I have worked at Convergys for 8+ Years now and have been given many opportunities to grow, or climb the corporate ladder. I started as an agent, quickly moving to a senior rep, into a associate trainer and ultimately a team leader. Convergys is a great place to work. I love it!! Great people, great atmosphere, etc.. 5 stars in my book!!
