Not sure if there was a management change recently, definitely the name and shop has been upgraded, if only they spent a little on their people. Booked a day for a tire change and alignment as my current tires were chewed up from the inside pointing to an issue. The original booking was a week out but right after booking I called back to move it another week to make sure I get the vehicle there in time. To make it easy for them and myself, I dropped it off the night before and left the keys in the drop box. The morning of the appointment I get a call asking where I was. I mean did they even bother looking outside ??? Then the next messed up thing, is they changed the tires as they should have but didn’t do the alignment. When I called them to confirm before picking up they said oh sorry it’s too late now and plus it should be okay without an alignment, which is ironic coming from the same people who say we should align the wheels once a year. So I’m super dissatisfied with their service for sure. Will update with proof of receipt to confirm that I was there

Update: I shared my above experience with my management team since we are a leading tire manufacturer. Our team contacted the Bensons manager who then offered to get my car back to perform the alignment and honour the 20% discount that was written in the offer as part of our employee discount scheme. So it took another visit, made me walk 3 KMs both ways to drop and pick the vehicle since I couldn’t arrange a ride a second time. So bumping up to 3 stars as now the overall experience was just satisfactory.

Stopped in for a tire repair on our Budget car rental, was extremely fast, friendly and efficient service. This was the only business we called in Belleville that was able to provide any assistance on short notice. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and honest, would highly recommend this business to family and friends in the area!!
