Very friendly, responsive service from everyone I dealt with! I called with a drain clog to my septic tank and they were able to come the same day and even arrived ahead of schedule! I wasn't quite prepared with my tank covers unearthed, but that was no problem! So helpful and kind! Very reasonable rates and I can't say enough about the service! Clog is removed and tank pumped out! Thanks for an excellent job!! I would recommend them to anyone!

We had our septic tank pumped yesterday and the gentleman did an awesome job and answered my many stupid questions. You couldn't ask for a more professional approach from the booking to the job being completed. Can't say the same from Quinte West. I would highly recommend Ace Septic and they were considerably cheaper.

I called and needed someone asap. I had to work in a few hours and needed my tank pumped. I phoned another company first and regardless they couldn't make it until the afternoon. That not being possible with kids and a sitter at home. Ace came 15 minutes after I phoned. My husband was away for work. I knew I had to remove patio stones to uncover lids, but mistakenly uncovered the wrong part. The guy (wish I knew his name) gladly did it for me, he shoveled the dirt away without a complaint. A BIG THANK YOU for that as I really struggled to move what I already moved. He was very very helpful and pleasant. My drain pipe seemed to be clogged, and the water was not draining once we tested it. I thought for sure I needed to call a plumber, but he went to his truck and got a different hose and pushed it up the drain and unclogged it for me.

I honestly think he was a godsend, and I feel like he went above and beyond for me. I give this company a huge thumbs up and have been, and will be praising them to everyone I know!!! Thanks again Ace Septic Pumping
