I told my self I'm never coming back once I seen that new management was charging truckers to park overnight. Finally they were bought again. I was happy to see they removed the paying to park. Btw the food is still on point 😎 plzz ppl start supporting them again. hopefully they can recover from what the last owners did.

Rewriting and grading my review today. No more gates! If you're tired come and rest here, free of charge. The pay for parking system has been removed. So glad to see.

I travel Ottawa about five times a year so the greyhound service helpful as I don't drive. Nice to have someone else drive so I can sleep, or read or watch a movie on my device.
Clean, efficient and have a helpful, comfortable seating area for those awaiting express route travel.
