Great pricing, follow through and delivery! Items purchased were exactly as described and delivered in a timely manner. A couple of items were on back order , but “Tracy” worked with the manufacturer to expedite delivery to within a few days of the original forecast - meeting our need date. Professional, competent and trustworthy staff - excellent products - highly recommend.
Absolutely impeccable customer service. We ordered 4 mirrors for a new build - when one was lost in shipping they were quick to follow up, investigate, and resolve the issue. Not only did they update us regularly, they ensured when we did receive the product we were satisfied with the condition of it. About a month later when it was finally time to install and open the other packages, we noted that one had a small dent. After sending photos they quickly offered to send a replacement as well as a packing slip to return the dented product. Really great experience and consistent communication, would highly recommend.
