Great customer service, great selection, and great pricing!

I received a giant box full of random vapes with no idea how the heck to operate them. I spent some time with my boyfriend piecing together vapes that we enjoyed, but had no clue on how to fill them, change a coil, or what the wattage, VG, PG, or nicotine strength I needed. We went to a different local store and were met with super awful customer service. I was completely ready to just throw in the towel.

As a 20-year veteran working in customer service myself, walking into Ice Blue today was a breath of fresh (or fruity!) air. The proprietors of the establishment were so warm and welcoming. They helped us with every little detail and encouraged us to come back with any questions or just to even change a coil. Plus we got some awesome pet therapy with the "guard dog" (in the loosest sense of the term) Gracie! ❤️

As a two-pack-a-day smoker, I'm hoping to utilize vaping to help cut the habit and eventually ween myself off of the vape. The owners of the shop even offered me support, advice, and guidance on how to do that which is completely above and beyond.

Extremely glad that I didn't just give up and I made my way over. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Only been once but the lady (I'm assuming the owner) was so nice and gave me a bit of a deal. I like that. 😉 I will be going back for sure.

These two wonderful women and of course Aaron are doing a spectacular job. In times such as they are, they kind, generous to a fault, and friendly as all heck. They've put their best selves forward and I'm grateful their business is in my neighborhood

Very good customer service! Have been going here for 12 years now and my wife and I absolutely love these ladies and staff. Always have been wonderful to us and will continue to shop here for all of our vapor needs.
