While most courier companies (including our postal service) aren't keeping up to their fast shipping "guarantees" during the pandemic, Intelcom has improved their service. I have to commend these people for not only delivering faster-than-expected in the city, but in the outlying areas as well.

For a delivery company they're quite reliable and easy to communicate with. There are so many delivery companies that don't have the resources and capacity to deliver quickly, I'm really happy with these guys I tend to get my amazon packages quickly and on time!

I love how you guys are so clear about when packages are going to show up. It allows me to plan my day when I know how long before my package will show up if it's something that I really need.
