Jen is so easy to deal with and she worked hard to make it convenient for us, and then the driver - well, what can I say about that fella? He was just the best, kindest, easiest person to have deliver a load of top-heavy, pallet-wrapped cabinets, that ever drove in our lane. What a prize!! Thanks to JDS Express for a job well done!
(December 6, 2021, 8:19 pm)Great service. Ordered a couch from Costco and received a call to set up delivery for Wednesday. Just as we were leaving the house JDS truck pulled up. They were coming our way and loaded the couch just in case they could deliver it early for us. We explained we weren't ready, and they were very good about. Came the next morning right at the time they said they would. Unloaded the couch, set it all in place and took the packing items and were gone in a flash.
Great Service provider. Very accommodating.
