The shop features a variety of in-house cure meats (and other delights) as well as a selection of high quality imports (from jamon to pasta, artichokes and balsamic vinegar). The owners are super welcoming and knowledgeable, making every visit a great shopping experience!

Absolutely phenomenal product and service. The staff and owners go above and beyond to try to accommodate whatever request you may have. This is absolutely the best traditionally style cured Italian meat in the area and it is completely responsibly sourced and distributed. Moving away from the Trenton area I am going to strongly miss the store. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful products I got from you. They have absolutely been top-notch. Every single one.

Belleville is lucky to have this gem! What a unique and unexpected spot. We tried a few different cured meats and they were all incredible. The owner was happy to chat and go through the selections. Really can't wait to go back and try more.
