(January 13, 2020, 4:40 pm)We have a grandfather clock and the key broke off in the locking mechanism leaving the door in the locked position. Ted stated from the beginning that he was not sure if they could fix/open the clock door. If they were successful, there would be a price, if not, no cost. More than fair! Less than 20 minutes later FIXED!!!!! One happy customer here! Underpromise, overdeliver!!!!! Gotta love that! Would definitely call Ted and his team again!
