Excellent customer service. Looking for another pair of trousers I had bought previously. Only largest sizes left. Samantha...bless her ...said to keep checking on line, that there could be returns...she was right!

The most friendly staff I've met in a clothing store. Shopping for clothes gives me anxiety and the lady ( with the dark hair ) was absolutely amazing with me even after I felt running out of the store after trying one item . Will be coming back to shop for sure . Thank you 😊

I've been shopping at Penningtons for decades. The best quality clothing and merchandise/accessories arpund!! The convenience of their online shopping is awesome! I've ordered online a lot. I'm extremely pleased and happy with all I received!!
Never returned or exchanged anything, they get it right the first time, all the time!!

Staff is friendly and helpful and they carry a wide range of sizes from X(14) to 5x. Clothing is good quality and priced about average for what you get. No its not Walmart pricing, but its reasonable.
