I want to give a huge shoutout to James tonight!! Me and my hubby were changing our tires today and two of our lug nuts were not only ceased, but completely stripped and would absolutely not come off! The mister called the shop to see if someone would come to our home. He spoke with a guy named (AJ or Adrian.. we can’t seem to agree on that one. Lol) during the call the guy told the hubby that to come out to our home there would be their regular fee of about $90 plus whatever else was needed as they don’t typically do private/residential calls. He advised the mister if we could tighten the nuts up that we’re working and get there he would get them off and replace the tire for us for free.
We got there and met with the owner James (and his ADORABLE puppy dog Remi). He knew what we were there for as soon as we arrived, and told him we spoke with someone on the phone. He said “oh yes that was AJ/ADRIAN (again me and the mister still can’t agree)” he came right out and did our tire and though we offered money he refused to take it. The entire crew there honestly were laughing and joking and friendly the entire time. I looked at my hubby and said “I could be a receptionist here, these guys are awesome”

Anyways we just wanted to say we really appreciated the entire experience and should we ever need anything with our tires and things, you have our service 100% and we will definitely be recommending your shop to anyone we know in need! The least we could do was leave a great review after some great service!
