(December 12, 2020, 3:08 am)I've been a few times and in general the staff are nice. Only had one bad experience. I went with an extreme ear infection 3 months into Covid 19, had no option but to go to the hospital, the ear doctors were closed and my fam doctor wasn't seeing people in person. My ear hurt 24/7. The doctor made it seem like it was ridiculous I came in for my ear, I understand they're busy but I had no where else to go and she really made me feel uncomfortable.
(October 17, 2020, 3:40 pm)I thought I was having a heart attack and was very scared and the staff in the emergency room were amazing and took very good care of me and made me fell safe!! Thanks to Jen, Linda, Charlotte, Darwin and the ladies who took me to x-ray and CT, the lady in x-ray and the lady in CT and who ever I missed who was working that day October 16th from 1:55am till 11am
THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH!!! YOU LADIES AND GENTLEMAN ARE THE BOOM!!!
I know where I'll be going when I need medical help ??
(September 10, 2020, 2:34 pm)I have been to hospitals in the GTA and around the world. I can tell you that this hospital is better than most if not all. I just had a day surgery here, and the experience couldn't have been better. All was pretty much on-time, went as expected, and the staff are nice (unlike many hospitals)
