I have been going to see Elaine annually for the past 4 years now and she is incredible. She is pleasant to deal with, very thorough and you never feel rushed. Best of all, when I leave, I don't feel like I have been chewing on razor blades for an hour. I just got my teeth cleaned for the year and I commented on how I could fall asleep in the chair with her working. She laughed and said it has happened and I am not the least bit surprised. My wife and I have been clients of Elaine De Vouge since she started her business and we keep going back because she is a great hygienist. She is always very thorough and professional, taking the time to do things right and never missing any procedure which are always up to date. Her approach is always friendly and she is always willing to discuss any concerns you might have. Also, if a dentist's services are required, she will coordinate her services perfectly with the dentist.

This is where I go to get my teeth cleaned and also I have had a teeth whitening treatment here too. QDHC is run by Elaine De Vouge and she's a great dental hygienist. I like the consistency of always going to the same person for my teeth cleaning. I believe it is less expensive to go to an independent dental hygienist such as Elaine versus going to a dentist for teeth cleaning (my understanding is anywhere from 20 to 30%) and if you don't have a dental plan this is quite significant. This cost equation makes sense as there is no 'dentist middleman' overhead for the teeth cleaning. Of course if you need to see a dentist for cavities or whatever, Elaine will refer you to one. She has a great office at 417 Dundas with plenty of parking. She'll even play the music I want to hear.
