I was in your shop today to get a bouquet of carnations for my daughters birthday. The gal in there placed them in a vase for me with added greenery and baby's breath. She done a beautiful job and just wanted to thank her for being so nice and patient with me. You are my go to flower shop. Thank you.

Quite possibly one of the best customer service experiences I've had, anywhere. I called the day before Mother's Day, understanding that I would likely miss any type of deadline to have flowers delivered. I was calling from out of province and wasn't expecting the level of service that I received. My phone call was greeted with a pleasant woman that not only took my order, yet guided me through some of the arrangements that they had remaining. The absolute best part of this story is that my order was placed and delivered within 30 minutes. Epitome of excellent customer service.
