Hannah is very hardworking. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond at every turn. Without any trouble or questioning she helped a lot , I'd recommend her.

Just opened yesterday and boy, does Value Village ever need up their game now lol. The store itself is about 7-10 VV all in one. The selection is ENORMOUS and unique (like Toronto second-hand store clothing) and the quality 🤌🏻. The clothes don't have that stinky smell either lol.
I absolutely love Love LOVE how much black clothing they have too!
For pricing compared to VV it's a cheaper, but not a lot a lot. Still better than there for the sheer selection and staff alone.
The staff is friendly (so far) the changrooms are open and they have bathrooms as well.
The shoe selection is a bit bigger than VV but they have tons of name brands. Like, I found a pair of fricking Valentino shoes there for only 20$! 20$!
They also have a points system. The line was long and I browsed so long I didn't have anymore time lol. But from what I gather from a website I found it's 20pts for every dollar spent. 1000pts can be redeemed for 1$ off you're purchase. So spend 50.00$ get a 1$ off basically. Apparently they have special days and deals for more and better sales. Time will tell.
