As a former Dental Assistant with 23 years dental experience I can attest that Dr. Paul and staff are by far the best dental clinic I have ever been to! The staff are super friendly and very professional....I am a new patient and was so impressed with my experience. I broke a tooth right after they closed for the Christmas holiday and they came in on their time off to take care of me. I would highly recommend Waterfront Dentistry to anyone who is in need of a caring and kind dental team.

Just an amazing place. Doctor Paul, Trish and Lori were wondering as well as the 2 hygienist sorry forgot their names. I was in terrible pain was seen the next day.
Several days later had more work done pain free. Received a call from Doctor Paul the next day to see how I was doing. Absolutely a wonderful amazing staff and group of people.
I highly recommend this place so professionally well run place I’m fairly new in Belleville and was concerned and always fearfully of getting any dental work. They made me feel at ease.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Hern for years. He is an amazing dentist. I was a little worried when Dr Paul took over. Dr Paul and his crew are very nice. Dr Paul really cares about your teeth and making sure you know exactly what needs to be done. He projects your teeth onto the tv screen in the room so you can see and follow along with his explanation and concerns. Just like Dr Hern and his crew, Dr Paul and his crew make you feel like you are part of the 'family'. Dr Paul always has a smile on his face and is happy to see you. I would totally recommend Waterfront Dentistry to anyone. Almost forgot to mention. I chipped my front tooth and Dr Paul repaired it so you can't tell that I ever chipped it. Also, one night my hubby and I were eating wings at a near by restaurant. Hubby bit into the wing and a chunk of tooth fell out. Waterfront Dentistry was open late that night so we packed up our food and headed straight over. We were so happy that they were able to get him right in for the repair. I can't say enough good things about everyone who works there and the great job they all do.

Dr. Paul answered the bell when my former dentist wouldn't due to COVID. I needed a tooth extracted and Dr. Paul performed a complex extraction. His follow-up was amazing. I've never met a dentist who will ever email answers to questions, let alone on the weekend. But Dr. Paul does. And he even recommended a new winery for my wife and I to try!!! Dr. Paul is my new dentist going forward. He and his staff are simply wonderful.

What an amazing place. This is an example of how to do it right. The care and compassion of this office is the best I've ever experienced and I have experienced the opposite. My last dental office was in stark contrast to this place and I developed a greater fear of the dentist. I did not go for a few years and this created even more fear. I finally gathered the courage and did my research. This place was what I was looking for. They combine excellent skill, knowledge and experience with amazing emotional support. It's not easy work. This staff rises to the challenge. They were wonderful. Thank you to all the staff. I have a brighter smile, no more fear and I can actually look forward to having a pleasant experience at the dentist now. This is awesome!
