Update: I called West City Honda Parts Department late in the afternoon on New Years Eve looking for a car battery. They had just what I needed but were closing in 30 minutes and I live 40 minutes away. Their response? "Drive carefully, we will stay here for you."

If you’re a Millennial like me, Shane can speak the language and was able to text me as that’s more convenient for me, and made the entire experience extremely smooth and comfortable!
