York River Cottages

My friends and I stayed in the Timber Wolf Cabin, and we had the best time! Daniel and Tawnya were more than accommodating, friendly and very responsive in communication. The cabin was perfect; clean and welcoming with beautiful waterfront views. Would definitely recommend to other guests looking to book, we’ll certainly be back!

My partner and I just spent a lovely 4 nights in the Quail's Nest, 1bdrm cabin. The 6am stillness and birdsong was exactly what I needed to relax. Hosts were wonderful. My only concern worth noting was that the cottage and 2 cabins are very close together, this wasn't shown in any of the photos or descriptions on the website. We felt very lucky that there happen to be no bookings in either for our entire stay so we had the entire space to ourselves, otherwise it could have been a very different week.

Amazing time spent with Alison. We needed some R&R. The cottage was perfect and cozy. I love the new fireplace and we took advantage of movies in the DVD selection. Beautiful location and so quiet.

My family of 4 has stayed at York River Cottages (cabins and cottage) on several occasions, and we absolutely love it there! The hosts are phenomenal. The location is stunning during all seasons and our family has so much fun there. We have enjoyed using their kayaks (highly reccomend), fishing, hikes, the local beach, campfires, and so much more! The stars are breath taking at night. We witnessed so much wildlife. We highly reccomend York River Cottages and all it has to offer!
