5 star all the way! Their team takes care of all my commercial needs and personal ones for my family, recently they assisted in getting our payout on a wrecked car to a fair rate when tasked. I would like to thank Ryan for helping me with insurance coverage for my cottage which is of the grid and was very difficult to insure. Among many other companies who I had contacted, I found McDougall Insurance in Madoc most responsive and helpful. Very professional, responsive and personable. Definitely recommend

We switched over to McDougall about 3 years ago and been very satisfied ever since. Our agent Ryan Jarrell was very professional and explained the policy in detail. Gave us advice on some items we weren't sure about. The staff in the Madoc office are very friendly and helpful. McDougall Insurance is a great company.
