This was our first pig at Hastings Meat and we were very impressed, compared to our last abbatoir. The labels were detailed and helpful,
packed in easy-to-store bags, smoking was so wonderful -- you could smell it on frozen cuts! -- and the cuts themselves have been liked by customers so far. We really enjoyed the sausages we sampled and will definitely be making some with this year's pigs.

How did you make our 300lb pig not so fat?!

The best butcher shop in the neighborhood. Elmer is 100 percent dedicated to customer satisfaction and great quality cuts. They sell nothing but the best. Try their jerky, you'll be back for more. My mouth is watering as I'm writing this
