Very busy company.. That right there says something in it's self. I set up an appointment and my plumbing needs were taken care of and we are very satisfied and we will be calling them again if needed. To the woman who rated 1 star because they were too busy to get to you right away, that's pretty unfare. If they are too busy that's usually a good sign that company is good. Thank you for your great work!

Punctual. Clearly explains work needed. Approximate time frame to complete. Leaves area clean after they have finished. In person or on the phone with office staff always polite. What I noticed more about the work completed was the way it was done. All joints soldered properly all pipes smack on straight the way they should be. Utilizing the space for the install very well. The owners and employees have been on my property and inside my home on many occasions by themselves they take great care to make sure there is no dirt tracked in on our floors things are left as they should be and the house is locked up after they leave. I trust them fully. So my advice to anyone who needs a plumber is to call them. As far as I'm concerned if you're in the area and you want your job done right the first time you need to call them. I have a home in Napanee anytime there is a problem I call the people that have proven to be the best. Glenn Sampano)
