“Called looking into atv accessories and spent much of the time explaining what a snow thrower front attachment was to the individual who answers the phones. They put me on hold while they asked their colleagues and when they got back on the phone told me it would be 7000 dollars and take at least a year to order it. I’ve not used them for repair work or servicing but my neighbour has. Once on a oil change the mechanic forgot to fill it back up with oil. They ran it just after that and seized the engine.”
