Sun Run Cafe and Bakery

This place is amazing! My daughter described the baked goods as "gourmet". We tried a bunch of pastries, breakfast sandwiches and coffee - everything was top notch. Fast and friendly service too! Cute atmosphere inside and picnic tables outside. Definitely stop by when you're in Maynooth.

We were driving through and needed a snack. Your cafe was recommended at the gas stop and it did not disappoint! Coffee/tea was hot and our sandwiches hit the spot. Saved my lemon oat bar for later and it was delicious! A wonderful treat!

My favourite place to stop on the way to cottage country. Pastries are amazing and the sandwiches are the best lunch you can have in Madawaska valley.

Thrilled to find this gem totally worth the drive on a gloomy, chilly day. I added chicken to the apple & brie sandwich. My son had the all-in breakfast sandwich and my husband said his burger is one of the best he's ever had. All bread/buns made fresh. We loved the slaw and garlic scape potato salad. For dessert we stuffed ourselves with carrot cake, upside down peach cake and a cinnamon buns. Mmm so good!!! Busy place with excellent service and very clean washrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating avail. Gf breads also made fresh in house but we didn't have them so can't vouch for it :)

Everything we ordered was delicious. They serve the best salads (not too saucy with the dressing) I've ever had at a restaurant before and their homemade bread and chickpea and bean patties are fantastic. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is on point!
